Membership Plans Explained

Understand all my coaching payment options

and figure out which one is right for you.

Elena's Declutter offers a variety of coaching services both in-person and online. The pricing for these services is almost exclusively via monthly membership plans. If monthly membership doesn't work for you, scroll to the bottom of this page for the three other payment options.

 

There are two types of monthly memberships. The first type is for in-person coaching and has 5 membership tiers based on hours per month. The second type is for virtual (online) coaching services and has 3 membership tiers also based on hours per month. Note that virtual coaching memberships have the word "Virtual" in the title while In-Person coaching just notes the number of hours.

All memberships automatically include accountability check-ins. Just ask me about them and we will set up an system and schedule where I check in with you at certain times via text, phone call, or video call.

In-Person Coaching Monthly Memberships

1. 16 Hours - $392

This membership plan includes 16 hours of coaching per month. These 16 hours can be broken up into 16 one hour sessions, 8 two hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 16 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $24.50 per hour for 16 hours. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

2. 12 Hours - $300

This membership plan includes 12 hours of coaching per month. These 12 hours can be broken up into 12 one hour sessions, 6 two hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 12 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $25 per hour for 12 hours. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

3. 8 Hours - $208

This membership plan includes 8 hours of coaching per month. These 8 hours can be broken up into 8 one hour sessions, 4 two hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 8 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $26 per hour for 8 hours. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

4. 6 Hours - $186

This membership plan includes 6 hours of coaching per month. These 6 hours can be broken up into 6 one hour sessions, 3 two hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 6 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $26 per hour for 6 hours plus a $30 general fee. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

5. 4 Hours - $139

This membership plan includes 4 hours of coaching per month. These 4 hours can be broken up into 4 one hour sessions, 2 two hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 4 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $26 per hour for 4 hours plus a $35 general fee. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

Virtual Coaching Monthly Memberships 

These memberships are for my online services which include virtual home declutter coaching & accountability, virtual mind declutter coaching, and virtual low-waste coaching. This virtual coaching is delivered via phone or video call.

1. Virtual 8 Hours - $192

This membership plan includes 8 hours of coaching per month. These 8 hours can be broken up into 8 one hour sessions, 4 two hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 8 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $24 per hour for 8 hours. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

2. Virtual 4 Hours - $100

This membership plan includes 4 hours of coaching per month. These 4 hours can be broken up into 4 one hour sessions, 8 half hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 4 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $25 per hour for 4 hours. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

3. Virtual 2 Hours - $60

This membership plan includes 2 hours of coaching per month. These 2 hours can be broken up into 2 one hour sessions, 4 half hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 2 hours. The cost of this membership is based on $30 per hour for 2 hours. NOTE: The higher level the membership, the less you pay for what you get!

IMPORTANT:

These monthly memberships do not allow sessions missed to carry over into the next month or refunds for those missed sessions. The only exception is if I, Elena, cancel a scheduled session with you, and you have no availability to reschedule that appointment for later that same month. This means that, for example, if you only use 3 of your 4 coaching hours one month (aka you canceled one week and didn't reschedule), you do not get 5 hours the next month or get a partial refund on your membership fee. 

 

I set pricing up this way because I want you to make as much progress as possible. This pricing method is the best way to discourage cancelations, and therefore, procrastination. I want to see you succeed and simplify your life as fast as possible! 

 

Of course you can cancel your membership anytime and rejoin again later or downgrade your membership if you are not able to use all your coaching hours. This may the right decision for you if you are:

• going through a busy few months

• dealing with a loss

• recovering from a temporary health issue

• temporarily lacking finances (however decluttering can actually help you save money, so I'd love to have a chat about this with you before you cancel or downgrade for financial reasons)
   

The point is, this monthly membership is a commitment, a commitment to your success!

If none of the monthly memberships above make sense for your budget, schedule, or situation, there are a few other options:

1. Hourly Coaching for Short Projects

For short projects such as a closet declutter or a time bound project such as a single weekend declutter binge, I charge $50 per hour.
