Books for a Better You

Here is a list of the books that I have finished that I recommend. Here I am not including good fiction books, although I enjoy those too. These are books I believe will grow your perspective, teach you valuable skills, or empower you to improve your life. I will update this post every time I finish a new good book. I recommend checking out Audible if you haven't already. I love listening to books. I can read way more by listening to them because I can do other things while I listen (like shower or drive). But if you are good at frequently sitting down with your kindle or paper book, all power to you.

I loved how it challenged me to break my false beliefs and to believe that anything is possible (it really is!).

  • Complete Guide to Money by Dave Ramsey teaches you tools, step-by-step, to live financially free.

  • The Go-Giver by Bob Burg tells you a story of what it means to get by giving.

  • Run Like Clockwork by Mike Michalowicz is the system you need to become free in your business. Free from busy, free from exhaustion, free from irritation, and free from working (if you want to). If you feel you're drowning in your biz, read this book!

Health & Wellness

  • In the Flo by Alisa Vitti shows the beauty & magic of the female body and mensural processes and gives a practical methodology for living in sync with your hormones and cycle. Link to book here.
